The Possibility Group is a cutting-edge company devoted to bringing success, fun and integrity to people's lives and businesses.

Our trainer, Dr. Randy Elliott, has been hailed as, "The world's premier trainer in the human factors of business."

Dr Elliott began in the health-care field and noticed that there was a very small percentage of people who just radiated health. In researching what these people had in common the main thing that stuck out was they had a career they loved. Not just a good job, they were using their intelligence to design a great life for themselves. With that, Dr. Elliott threw himself into finding how each of us can reach that ideal.

The search led through a variety of classes. He was never satisfied. He saw that each had value but they were not addressing the real core issues.

They had formulas and steps and motivation and techniques. None had found that the ideals people wanted are actually states of being. They are who you are, not what you do. We needed a way for people to link-up their own abilities and imagine the highest ideal life for themselves. And then a method for them to see how to activate these states.

Then we need a way to take them into business. If we follow the rules for what works between people, shouldn't it work in every aspect of human behavior? And by changing how business operates, we affect even more people in a great way.
